Metal fence in Kaunas district

Objective: To design and install a fence that would keep the premises secure and present an attractive appearance to the company’s customers.

From design ideas and component selection through to installation, we completed all the work on time.

UAB Modernita successfully completed a bespoke project in Kaunas district, installing a modern, durable metal fence around a newly built residential property. The customer wanted not only security and durability but also an attractive appearance that would complement the contemporary architecture of the house.

A minimalist horizontal profile design was selected, with a durable powder-coated finish to withstand exposure to the elements.

Challenges and solutions:

• Uneven terrain. Changes in the ground level required the fence sections to be adapted while maintaining a consistent appearance. Laser surveying was used during design, with adjustments made on site.

• Time constraints. The customer wanted the fence installed by a specific date ahead of planned landscaping work. A carefully scheduled, phased installation allowed us to meet the deadline despite the weather conditions.

• Site conditions. The ground was hard and stony in places, requiring adjustments to the foundation drilling depth and the use of specialised drill bits.

Result: The project was completed on time, and the customer was very pleased with both the workmanship and the communication throughout the process. The fence design blended naturally into the property and provided additional privacy and security.
